During a mail migration from Google Apps, only 1000 mails are migrated.
The user has set a Folder Size Limit.
Cloudiway uses IMAP to migrate Google Apps mailboxes.
It is therefore subject to IMAP settings and limitations.
In this case, it’s possible that the user has limited the number of items that can be retrieved from one folder to 1000.
Log in as the user in Google Apps.
Click on Settings.
Click on the Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
Click on Do not limit the number of messages in an IMAP folder(default).
