When the source and/or destination tenant is Office365, you can increase the number of migration performed in parallel. As Office365 allows only 100 parallel mailboxes connection per administrator account, you should create more administration account in your Tenant. Then, create more Office365 connectors using different administrator accounts and dispatch your users through them.
