CloudAnywhere synchronizes passwords between your Active Directory and Office 365.
CloudAnywhere respects the password complexity requirements of Office 365.

Password synchronization with Office 365

Overview

CloudAnywhere natively supports multiple domains, multiple forests, multiple tenants and multiple clouds. It can also enforce Office 365 password rules.

When a user changes their password in Active Directory, passwords that do no match Office 365′s password rules or complexity rules can be refused.
The password change will therefore be refused by Active Directory.

This features can be enabled/disabled on the synchronization agent installed in each domain controller:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\cloudiway\CloudAnywhere\Preferences]
“Url”=”http://cloudmgrSRV:9090″
“RetransmitDelay”=dword:000493e0
“RetryCount”=dword:00000032
“GoogleEnforce”=dword:00000000
“Office365Enforce”=dword:00000000
“GoogleStrongPolicy”=dword:00000000
“Office365StrongPolicy”=dword:00000000

If Office365Enforce is set to 1, only passwords that match Office 365′s Ppssword rules will be authorized in Active Directory.
If Office365StrongPolicy is set to one, only passwords that meet strong complexity will be authorized.
