Your’re getting the following error message in the Userlist page after using the Preprocessing task:
Set Permission Error.


This is because the OneDrive accounts for these users have not been provisioned.
To check if the OneDrive profiles exist, as administrator of your Office 365 domain, go to this URL:

Replace with the name of your tenant
Replace user_company_com with the user’s email of the OneDrive (and replace ‘.’, ‘@’ by ‘_’ in the URL)
If you get “Page not Found”, the OneDrive has not been provisioned.


To solve the problem, activate the OneDrive of the users in error.
