Conversion of legacyDN / X500 addresses during a migration from Exchange or Office 365.

Exchange server uses an internal addressing scheme that routes messages between mailboxes it hosts. These addresses are known as LegacyExchangeDN addresses also named x500 addresses.
Mails sent between internal Exchange users store LegacyExchangeDN in the mail headers and no SMTP headers.

During a migration, it’s important to convert these LegacyExchangeDN to SMTP addresses else you would not be able to reply to a mail afer the mail is migrated.

Cloudiway migration platform automatically converts the legacyDN to SMTP when migrating mailboxes hosted on Exchange server or Office 365 servers.
