Problem During migration or audit from G Suite, you have noticed the following error: “Error:”invalid_request”, Description:”Invalid impersonation prn email address.”, Uri:”” Cause The user email configured in the platform is incorrect or doesn’t exist in your G Suite. Resolution Correct user’s email in the User list and restart your task.
This error indicates that you have tried to perform different tasks simultaneously (start migration, preprocessing, ….). Please wait for the end of the execution of first command and then retry
You need to choose your user and click Migration -> Start.
Currently, we don’t have such functionality. Global Settings affect all users.
